W9067 TO MR [REV. CALVIN] MCQUESTEN from Rebecca Anderson

To: Rev. Calvin McQuesten
From: Huntingdon, P.O., Box 16, Quebec
Dear Mr. McQuesten,
Jan 22nd 1912
I received your book just before I left for the east so have been rather neglectful in acknowledging it.
I read it on my way down and enjoyed it very much, had several good laughs at Rebecca's expense. The weather is glorious here, delightful sleighing, it is certainly a great change from windy Saskatchewan. Although I'll never go back on our prairie land, it looks good to me.
Do you ever think of coming out again, we certainly need someone of your stamp out there just now.
I may call on you when I go out again if you are at home, I almost decided you had forgotten all about us but Mrs L.T. Fisher told me she had a letter from you after Mr Fisher's death so I said he is still on the face of the globe.
I am staying with Mr. and Mrs Walsh, you met them at Mothers, they wished to be remembered to you.
Trusting you are all enjoying good health as it leaves me.
I remain yours,
Rev. C. McQuesten B.A.
