W7936 TO HILDA MCQUESTEN from her brother Rev. Calvin McQesten
Jul 18 1965 Monday
To: Hilda McQuesten 'Whitehern,' Hamilton, Ontario
From:

Dear Hilda,

Well, here I am once more in my old haunts. But the train journey was not as pleasant as usual. Our car was an old one without the cooling instalment. And we were held up for more than an hour half-way between Toronto and Bracebridge. So that my kind friend, Mr. French, the Toronto collegiate teacher, and Mr. Ariss were kept waiting for me at the Bracebridge station all that time.

The mornings are a bit cold on the lake, so I would be obliged if you would send me my Balmoral bonnet, which is hanging in the closet with the overcoats.

You could post it at Eaton's when you go to market. Thank you! Take good care of yourself. God bless you!

Calvin
