To: Isaac McQuesten 97 College Street Toronto Ontario
From: Hamilton

My dear sir,

Yours of yesterday is to hand the party H.B. Harvey your inquire about. I know nothing whatever about. Nor does any of my sisters.

There is a person that was on the [?] last season in what capacity I am not certain, but certainly not Person that I expect is the person--but I cannot give you his name. I believe him to be the same however as I have heard other inquiries about him something the same as yours, he knows now from my position only nothing more, as for knowing my sisters is nothing more than a function (calling things by as mild names as possible).

I think there is no doubt but there is some great mistakes in someway as I know that no such person is going as [power?] of the [system?] this season nor on any of our Boats.
Yours very truly,
J.B. Fairgrieve
