NIAGARA FALLS BRIDGE COMMISSION
April 15, 1946
Dear Commissioner McQuesten:
Commissioners Johnson and Harstone, who were unavoidably absent from our meeting of April 10th, have approved of the proposal of Mr. Malvern Hill in connection with refinancing, and Commissioner Hochstetter, who was contacted by Mr. Hill, also expressed his agreement with the procedure.
Under the circumstances the Chairman has requested that members of the Commission be advised that he sees no necessity for the commission to convene on Wednesday, the seventeenth of April, as called for by motion of adjournment passed at our meeting of April 10th.
It is desirable that all members be present at these meetings involving finances and it is therefore suggested that the commissioners hold themselves in readiness in the event that some problem may be presented that will necessitate the calling of an emergency meeting in the near future.
Yours very truly,
C. Ellison Kaumeyer,
