Letter was re-addressed from "Buckingham, Quebec."

W-MCP1-3b.026 TO REV. CALVIN MCQUESTEN from A.E. Armstrong
Jul 25 1916
To: Rev. Calvin McQuesten Caucona, Quebec
From: Lake Couchiching, Ontario

My dear Calvin,

What's up? I was greatly surprised to read in the "Pres'n"[Presbyterian] that you had resigned for I thought(?) you were in a good charge for several years. Going into some other line the "Pres'n" says. I suppose journalism but why give up the ministry? I know you are too conscientious not to have a very good reason. May I bother you for a few lines stating your plans? We are here at Y.M.C.A camp for July so I shall be at office during Aug. Best Wishes.

Ever yours,

A. E. Armstrong
