DELEGATES will greatly assist the Toronto Postal Authorities by having all mail directed to Massey Hzall during the Congress Assembly.
IT is expected that arrangements will be made to furnish mid-day and evening meals to delegates billetted at a distance from the place of meeting.
THE badge herewith enclosed will be the badge of admittance to Massey Hall during the meetings, without which entrance cannot be granted.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY NON-TRANSFERABLE AND ITS LOSS WILL GREATLY INCONVENIENCE THE DELEGATE.
